We simulate everything from autonomous submarines at the bottom of the ocean, to vehicles and people on the ground and in the air, to satellites in space. We render complex and dynamic scenes on multi-channel high-resolution projected displays and in virtual reality devices. Office Manager

MAK Technologies is seeking an Office Manager to join our team. The job is 100% onsite in the Alewife/Fresh Pond area of Cambridge, MA. This role is an hourly, contract role with an expectation of working around 25 hours/week for three months. At the end of the three months, the person will be eligible for hire as a part-time, 25 hours/week (non-benefits eligible) permanent hourly Office Manager. Primary functions will be front desk reception, facilities management, and administrative support to the HR and Finance teams.

Join MAK Technologies Simulation Solutions division! We are seeking a Junior Proposal Manager to join our team. The job is located in the Research Park area of Orlando, FL with flexible/hybrid working arrangements available.
The Junior Proposals Manager is responsible for the timely delivery and quality of a proposal, with direct oversight and control of the proposal process, supporting the Capture Manager and bid teams in delivering successful tenders, and operating from the Pre-Proposal Preparation phase through to Post-Submittal.
